Annual General Meeting
The AGM is the highest governing body. The Board meets at least twice yearly, with quorum at 50% + 1.
One Member, One Vote
Decisions are made by simple majority. All officers and directors must disclose conflicts and abstain where necessary.

Financial Governance
Annual financial reporting with independent audit or review as required. Revenue sources include membership fees, grants, sponsorships, and events.
Dissolution Clause
Upon dissolution, all assets shall be transferred to eligible non-profit organizations in Canada.
